Instructions for accepted papers
The camera-ready version of your paper must be submitted on easychair by March 31, 2026. It is essential to submit on time to ensure that the online proceedings are available during the conference.
Submit your camera-ready version here: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=recomb2026.
Make a New submission, select the track "RECOMB-CG - Camera-ready".
Your camera-ready submission must include two files:
Paper: a pdf of your updated paper.
Appendix: a zip file that contains:
-- (1) all the latex files necessary to compile your paper;
-- (2) the signed License to publish agreement (LNCS_ProceedingsPaper_LTP_ST_SN_Switzerland.docx).
-- (yes, the field name Appendix should be renamed - ignore the name of the field, your .zip is needed here - I have limited access to easychair configs, this was the simplest option)
The paper consists of a single file, there is no option for supplementary material in separate files. An Appendix may be added at the end of the paper. Each paper is limited to a total of 30 pages, including the title page and references. We encourage the authors to keep their main text within 15 pages, since this keeps the paper closer to the reviewed version, but this is not a strict requirement.
